With 11 minutes on the clock, Anthony Alvarado commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Peru:s Rolando Noboa showed great skill when he stopped Zachariasz Poteralski:s penalty. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind RompePiernas FC's goalkeeper Cyprian Trzenzalski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after RompePiernas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Cyprian Trzenzalski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 16 minutes RompePiernas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cyprian Trzenzalski quite easily take care of the ball. Doctor Tarres made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The throw-in from Doctor Tarres in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. A collision led to RompePiernas FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Doctor Tarres hit a great ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Moises Gayoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cyprian Trzenzalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zachariasz Poteralski to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibor Berkes, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Luz Tejedor hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Trzenzalski having to interfere. With a little luck, RompePiernas FC's Cyprian Trzenzalski got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 65 minutes RompePiernas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. RompePiernas FC's Olle Wiklund was substituted for Zachariasz Poteralski. RompePiernas FC made a substitution. Oscar Ruggeri replaced Fidel Marques. The corner led Peru's Joaquin Prats to fire away a dangerous shot which Cyprian Trzenzalski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 88 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. Dionisio Gonzo, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Doctor Tarres made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. RompePiernas FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Peru had controlled the match.
