Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Isaias Jakue took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute Isaias Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Isaias Jakue reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-0. Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yao Yan Sen took the corner. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Jakue's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 17 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luis Andino. In the 19th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Horquizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Jakue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The corner led to Sporting Buceo's Charly Good getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 25th minute, Filcho Kordov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filimon Gamburtsev kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match Sporting Buceo got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yao Yan Sen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sporting Buceo's Yao Yan Sen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Horquizar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaias Jakue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximo Horquizar firmly grabbed it by the left post. Isaias Jakue might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaias Jakue ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maximo Horquizar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Agustín Saelices scored 1-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximo Horquizar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras was substituted for Isaias Jakue. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Wei Le Fei hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Maximo Horquizar in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maximo Horquizar could save by the left post. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 78th minute. In the 83rd minute, Maureen Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Good came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Xinto Carreiras came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Good, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
