Mancini's Gonsalve Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonsalve Flores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. U.D. Mancini's Gonsalve Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play. Gonsalve Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of U.D. Mancini booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Prats didn't get a good kick on the ball. U.D. Mancini's Gonsalve Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Bozhil Vaptzarov tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Kadir Celilay came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Peru were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bozhil Vaptzarov was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes of play, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! U.D. Mancini's Pello Sanz was substituted for Nemesio Quiroga. In the 62nd minute, Lancelot Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Peru booed when U.D. Mancini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Ziguenza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes U.D. Mancini got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Ziguenza. Gonsalve Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 69th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Gonsalve Flores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. U.D. Mancini's Agustín Pedrosa was substituted for Kadir Celilay. In the 89th minute, Peru's Rafael Gallo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Agustín Pedrosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Efraim Gilabert hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Bozhil Vaptzarov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot.
