Pedro Paulo Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 32nd minute of play. Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 36th minute of play. Ceyhan Peykan kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 39th minute of play forced Airborne FC's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute of the game Emmanuel Reyes made a throw-in which Milagros Fraga played forward. Casimiro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Jatsu in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Casimiro Jatsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Airborne FC made a substitution. Sven Lind replaced Danilo Principe. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Pedro Paulo Barreto made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Airborne FC's César Sampaio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Jatsu in the 65th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Airborne FC from getting a goal against them. Sven Lind kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Airborne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Lind to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Airborne FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Pedro Paulo Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Tenorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Efraim Gilabert with Milagros Fraga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Airborne FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Horia Lupu hit a great ball.
