If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes ...ASGARD... got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Grigoriu. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Dahlqvist in the 87th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
