Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amadeo Martxel got the match started through his kick off. Camilo Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Martxel in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, los nadies's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Camilo Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Isauro having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when los nadies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Memo Funes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 19 minutes into the match, los nadies's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Camilo Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Laffitte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Camilo Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by los nadies's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Juan Laffitte charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Laffitte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, los nadies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute Amadeo Martxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, los nadies's Camilo Isauro got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. los nadies made a substitution. Abelardo Bembe replaced Cenan Ergüven. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 54th minute. Abel Koldobika hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 76 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. los nadies's Camilo Isauro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than los nadies.
