Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. When Iban Abancens fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aysouraguán's protests and gave Iban Abancens a yellow card for diving instead. Honduras made a substitution. Alexander Costa replaced Luca Espinar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldemer Sevilla saved Aysouraguán from getting behind. In the 8th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldemer Sevilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Edmundo Espiga put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Baldemer Sevilla. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Aysouraguán's Iban Abancens dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Eloy Idiaquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Porfiro Carro got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baldemer Sevilla came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Porfiro Carro hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Baldemer Sevilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eloy Idiaquez was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Aysouraguán's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Baldemer Sevilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 51st match minute, Aysouraguán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eberardo Palomar to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldemer Sevilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Aysouraguán's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldemer Sevilla came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aysouraguán's Baldemer Sevilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Baldemer Sevilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aysouraguán's Baldemer Sevilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 77th minute of play. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute. The corner ended in Edmundo Espiga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aysouraguán's Baldemer Sevilla did a great save. Edmundo Espiga did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Baldemer Sevilla 79 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aysouraguán's goalkeeper Baldemer Sevilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Baldemer Sevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldemer Sevilla having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Aysouraguán got a freekick which was hit by Eberardo Palomar. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
