The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 19 minutes into the match, Mexico's Luca Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lisandro Festas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isaac Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Gaona got free with Lisandro Festas in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Gaona to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Lisandro Festas to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas got control of the ball when Facundo Cadaval tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 74 minutes SLB TELHA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The SLB TELHA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. The SLB TELHA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
