Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lautaro Martinez sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Lautaro Martinez took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Scaloneta's goalie prevented a goal. After 38 minutes of play, La Scaloneta's Lion Messi made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Leandro Paredes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Martinez in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Acuña hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Acuña to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dibag Martinez. Dibag Martinez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Dibag Martinez in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joshua Secada made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that La Scaloneta's Dibag Martinez managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Joshua Secada put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dibag Martinez. Camilo Gaos's late challenge caught a La Scaloneta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Gaos helped the player get up and apologised. 79 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 81 minutes of play, La Scaloneta's Lautaro Martinez made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dibag Martinez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Secada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Julián Álvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Scaloneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Julián Álvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julián Álvarez in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Scaloneta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
