Cheikh Guermeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Cheikh Guermeur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Cheikh Guermeur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Osman Nuri Sıratullah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Osman Nuri Sıratullah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheikh Guermeur. Cheikh Guermeur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cheikh Guermeur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Osman Nuri Sıratullah came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play forced Janoszyce SSA's goalkeeper Cheikh Guermeur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Radomil Zarobski fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Janoszyce SSA's protests and gave Radomil Zarobski a yellow card for diving instead. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cheikh Guermeur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osman Nuri Sıratullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cheikh Guermeur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Cheikh Guermeur made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Janoszyce SSA's Cheikh Guermeur did a great save. 53 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Osman Nuri Sıratullah came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cheikh Guermeur having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Janoszyce SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Krawczyk to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Cheikh Guermeur in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Cheikh Guermeur made a huge save. Cheikh Guermeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cheikh Guermeur firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cheikh Guermeur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Felix Montenegro had several of the Janoszyce SSA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Cheikh Guermeur as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cheikh Guermeur stood somewhat misplaced when Agustín Saelices came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 84 minute. Cheikh Guermeur made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cheikh Guermeur, 0-6. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Osman Nuri Sıratullah came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Janoszyce SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osman Nuri Sıratullah couldn't finish the play. Janoszyce SSA's Cheikh Guermeur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Janoszyce SSA from getting a goal against them. Cheikh Guermeur was a little too slow when Agustín Saelices got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-7.
