With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Kjell Åkesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kjell Åkesson took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Octavian Basten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Roque Lauro hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Åkesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JKs Talanger's Kjell Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kjell Åkesson took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Kjell Åkesson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play.

Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kjell Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Jonathan Ferrant had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Supreme Run's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Supreme Run did a trick in the 64th minute in front of Venezuela's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 5-0. An impressive performance by JKs Talanger's Supreme Run! A collision led to JKs Talanger getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Roque Lauro hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Kjell Åkesson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 81st minute, Christodoulos Kyriakidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Wallander having to interfere. After 86 minutes of play, JKs Talanger's Kjell Åkesson made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Wallander having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, JKs Talanger's Kjell Åkesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. After 95 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Roque Lauro.
