But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Timo!'s Elpidio Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandr Lunin in the 23rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Amor. Elpidio Amor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Mastache got free with Elpidio Amor in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Timo! fully deserved thier win.
