Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Jonathan Willetts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cumhur Tanacan. In the 8th minute, Cumhur Tanacan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 12th minute Kemalettin Torhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Kemalettin Torhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Kemalettin Torhan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Lee Kerr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 34th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ulysses Madureira. 36 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cumhur Tanacan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. A well done corner resulted in Cumhur Tanacan drilling the ball in to score 3-1 behind Venezuela's goalkeeper. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kemalettin Torhan went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Cumhur Tanacan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cumhur Tanacan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Willetts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Clapham Comets F.C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Ulysses Madureira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cumhur Tanacan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute Cumhur Tanacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Kemalettin Torhan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. 66 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Kemalettin Torhan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kemalettin Torhan took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. 76 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Kemalettin Torhan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calum Frost blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Madureira in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Ulysses Madureira made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jonathan Willetts hit a great ball. Kemalettin Torhan scored 9-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kemalettin Torhan in the 95th minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulysses Madureira in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Clapham Comets F.C. fully deserved thier win.
