In the 12th minute of the match, Teodor Jokiranta got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Manzanares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Martin Berki might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Berki ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Berki. Martin Berki took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Franci Plánička showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Colombia booed when FC NESYT SEDLEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Lelek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franci Plánička breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franci Plánička saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Pascual Carballar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franci Plánička quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodor Jokiranta was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Kevin Mastache recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franci Plánička. Kevin Mastache showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 54th minute Otta Koranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franci Plánička made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 55th minute. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Franci Plánička made a huge save. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Berki in the 61st minute of play. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Franci Plánička was a little too slow when Abram Secada got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 95th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franci Plánička saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Mastache was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Colombia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. FC NESYT SEDLEC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
