Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Honduras's Esteban Carvallo to fire away a dangerous shot which Mikolaj Szotek despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Sang Gama ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 45th minute Sang Gama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Ibañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. After 58 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Carvallo. The supporters of Lekko Spoceni booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lekko Spoceni's Marc-André Van Bastén was substituted for Sang Gama. Emanuel Ocampo charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Ocampo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Honduras:s Lautaro Navarro showed great skill when he stopped Desiderio Ibañez:s penalty. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc-André Van Bastén in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Valentín Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marc-André Van Bastén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Marc-André Van Bastén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lekko Spoceni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. After 76 played minutes Lekko Spoceni got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Ibañez. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. In the 97th minute, Marc-André Van Bastén made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Lekko Spoceni's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
