Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as He Feng Bin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. In the 14thth minute of the game He Feng Bin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Club Vertigo's Ysmael Celerain was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 17 minutes into the match, Well-Well Benne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Well-Well Benne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 21 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Benito Sanz stood somewhat misplaced when He Feng Bin came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. 28 minutes into the match, Vasile Iurea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Well-Well Benne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 5-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 35th minute, Club Vertigo's Well-Well Benne dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. Well-Well Benne struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Vertigo. Aaron Alcocer charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Alcocer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Well-Well Benne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the game, Alan Moruga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Vertigo the free kick. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute, Club Vertigo's Well-Well Benne dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute, Well-Well Benne made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, He Feng Bin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute Vasile Iurea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wang Jun Bo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 62 minutes, Alexander Carballo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Club Vertigo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Feng Bin in the 63rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that He Feng Bin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasile Iurea went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Feng Bin in the 69th minute of play. He Feng Bin took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from He Feng Bin, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 89 minutes into the game, Club Vertigo's He Feng Bin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 15-0. Well-Well Benne might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Well-Well Benne ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Benne in the 97th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Vertigo had played much better football throughout.
