Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fran Azofra made the kick off which started today's match. Fran Azofra took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Sarmiento in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Indalecio Blazquez saved El Palmar from getting behind. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Indalecio Blazquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 25th minute, Cedro Echeto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, El Palmar's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Indalecio Blazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indalecio Blazquez having to interfere. Indalecio Blazquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Alguacil's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. When Panama's Abraham Alguacil in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Palmar's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Palmar:s goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Berganza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, El Palmar's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Indalecio Blazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fran Azofra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Palmar's Indalecio Blazquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save El Palmar from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, El Palmar's Celestino Alarcon got a free kick in the 65th minute. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Indalecio Blazquez was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Tomas Berganza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Indalecio Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Indalecio Blazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Miralles in the 92nd minute of play. Indalecio Blazquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. El Palmar had won after a very even match.
