The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! The referee gave ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fehmi Akdiken, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 1-0. When Fevzi Zeynur fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s protests and gave Fevzi Zeynur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th minute, Fevzi Zeynur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Mustafa Birol Özdil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Patricio Costa made a precise shot to the right of Mustafa Birol Özdil. ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İskender Özbas in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İskender Özbas in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Necdet Paksan in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Patricio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Birol Özdil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Necdet Paksan made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas.

63 minutes into the game, Joshua Secada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mustafa Birol Özdil. Joshua Secada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Abdi Saygın Akbatu's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdi Saygın Akbatu helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ got a freekick which was hit by Abdi Saygın Akbatu. The audience was convinced that İskender Özbas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Venezuela's attentive Jonathan Venegas managed to snatch the ball when Mehmet Efe Semim made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute İskender Özbas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İskender Özbas in the 89th minute of play. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Secada in the 96th minute of play forced ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s goalkeeper Mustafa Birol Özdil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela played a much better game than ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ and deserved their victory. The ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
