Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Görkem İlsev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Sabri Ekabir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 2-0. Tayfur Kiner came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Axel Tasis. But to his dismay, Axel Tasis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Eliseo Noboa's late challenge caught a Batman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Noboa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd match minute, Batman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Görkem İlsev to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Batman booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Görkem İlsev got free with Benito Sanz in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sabri Ekabir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Görkem İlsev in the 40th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Batman's Görkem İlsev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-2 after 42 minutes of play. Bahadır Memduh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The wind increased when Görkem İlsev made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Binali Kutbay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 56 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Görkem İlsev came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Sabri Ekabir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Binali Kutbay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabri Ekabir in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Batman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korcan Özveri to maneuver through the defense. Axel Tasiss short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Tayfur Kiner to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Görkem İlsev, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Batman booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Binali Kutbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Batman's Tayfur Kiner got control of the ball when Lautaro Puig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Batman fully deserved thier win.
