Arturo Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Anton came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. Henrik Anton struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Ahja. Villu Viitkar kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Kuido Joala kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Avraam Iasonidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. In the 42nd minute, Angelino Jolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Avraam Iasonidis came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Escribano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Club Ahja booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Club Ahja players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Uruguay were winning 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Henrik Anton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Ahja's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrik Anton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Uruguay had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
