When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Club Ahja's Avraam Iasonidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Ahja from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Jolin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Avraam Iasonidis could save by the left post. Avraam Iasonidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 82nd minute. Club Ahja's Avraam Iasonidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Club Ahja from getting a goal against them. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Angelino Jolin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Club Ahja's supporters rose to their feet, but Kuido Joala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Andrus Kotkas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Ahja throughout the match.
