The ФК ОВЕЧ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yani Futlev in the 40th minute of play. ФК ОВЕЧ's Juan Estevon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Yani Futlev capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yani Futlev really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ilcho Golomehov to strike the kick off in the second half. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilcho Golomehov in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 53 minutes, Metodi Sheyretov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ФК ОВЕЧ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Metodi Sheyretov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to ФК ОВЕЧ getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nikolay Momchilov hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes ФК ОВЕЧ got a freekick which was hit by Lazar Dzhermanov. In the 75th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthew Garrido hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Nikolay Momchilov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Nikolay Momchilov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Alex Cambeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Nikolay Momchilov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Momchilov, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikolay Momchilov in the 95th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Berganza. ФК ОВЕЧ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
