Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match Panama got a corner. KP Opel Kamień's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Miguel Miralles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stanislaw Iwanowski was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Stanislaw Iwanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by KP Opel Kamień's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Panama's Abraham Alguacil to fire away a dangerous shot which Stanislaw Iwanowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Julian Ross fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KP Opel Kamień's Arkadiusz Milan got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Julian Ross sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Ross. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes KP Opel Kamień got a freekick which was hit by Alkis Alkus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 23rd minute of play forced KP Opel Kamień's goalkeeper Stanislaw Iwanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislaw Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislaw Iwanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandro Riells in the 28th minute of the match. Isidoro Sarmiento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislaw Iwanowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Tomas Berganza hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Ross. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KP Opel Kamień:s goal. Marcos Cotilla had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Janusz Solecki's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 46th minute, KP Opel Kamień's Alexandro Riells ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0.

Julian Ross's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Stanislaw Iwanowski made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tomas Berganza sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Matthew Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandro Riells in the 67th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by KP Opel Kamień's Alexandro Riells. But to his dismay, Alexandro Riells quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Miguel Miralles hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The supporters of KP Opel Kamień booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stanislaw Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Garrido to maneuver through the defense. Matthew Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Alexandro Riells kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. When Alex Cambeiro fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Alex Cambeiro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KP Opel Kamień had won after a very even match.
