Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Albert Zapatero made the kick off and thus started the match. Zhao Ping Hui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhao Ping Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. Zhao Ping Hui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Paulo Oliverios notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Zhao Ping Hui. Spa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Paulo Oliverios received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulo Oliverios slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 33rd minute. Albert Zapatero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 38th minute of play forced Spa's goalkeeper Zhao Ping Hui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhao Ping Hui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Esteban Carvallo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Spa got a freekick which was hit by Douwe Peeters. In the 65th match minute, Spa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boudewijn Been to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hans Eylens kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Albert Zapatero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Zapatero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 80 minutes into the game, Ryan Fokkens threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 81 minutes into the match, Spa's goalkeeper Zhao Ping Hui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Ryan Fokkens kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Albert Zapatero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommi Lundell's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
