Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Berganza got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Sarmiento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gage Pillai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Walthamstow's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes Walthamstow got a freekick which was hit by Faizal Tan. Gage Pillai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 17th minute of the match. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gage Pillai having to interfere. In the 24th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gage Pillai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tomas Berganza sped through Walthamstow's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gage Pillai. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Tomas Berganza put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gage Pillai. 35 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gage Pillai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 41 minutes of play, Walthamstow's Edwin Lindgren made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Walthamstow defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gage Pillai. The Walthamstow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gage Pillai should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gage Pillai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gage Pillai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Beagan Colwell made a kick off. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Gage Pillai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. 56 minutes into the match, Alex Cambeiro notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Walthamstow's Gage Pillai. Gage Pillai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gage Pillai made a huge save. 60 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gage Pillai. Tomas Berganza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Gage Pillai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 64th minute of play. When Azly Sum fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Walthamstow's protests and gave Azly Sum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Azly Sum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beagan Colwell in the 74th minute of play. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Walthamstow's goalie prevented a goal. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Beagan Colwell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Walthamstow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-8. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 92 played minutes, Walthamstow's Firdauz Chian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Walthamstow reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Tomas Berganza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gage Pillai. That made the score 2-9 after 95 minutes of play. The Walthamstow fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
