Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dreamland's Duke Levy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernard Niemojewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernard Niemojewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Niemojewski having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Dreamland got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Borges. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 21 minutes into the match, Dreamland's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Bernard Niemojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Niemojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norbert Zjawin's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norbert Zjawin helped the player get up and apologised. Norbert Zjawin hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Niemojewski was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Sidorowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Remigiusz Siembab mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dreamland and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Dreamland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Dreamland made a substitution. Cyryl Bambas replaced Witold Wodaszak. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Sidorowicz in the 68th minute of play. With a little luck, Dreamland's Bernard Niemojewski got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Cristiano Alagoano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 76th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Niemojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Duke Levy in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernard Niemojewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Dreamland's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Luis Andino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernard Niemojewski quite easily take care of the ball. In the 83rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Niemojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Dreamland's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Bernard Niemojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
