Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leonardo Peru got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th match minute, ALAMBRE de PÚAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Iyan to maneuver through the defense. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute of the game Luis Iyan made a throw-in which Alberto Laffitte played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Baltasar Felipillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Baltasar Felipillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Bide having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Laffitte in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind ALAMBRE de PÚAS's goalkeeper Fausto Bide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Felipillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Peru took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 39thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ALAMBRE de PÚAS's Fausto Bide was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Peru in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th match minute, ALAMBRE de PÚAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Mariano Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Bide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Peru came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Laffitte, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ALAMBRE de PÚAS's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Bide came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Venezuela's Tomas Illescas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fausto Bide. That made the score 1-1 after 72 minutes of play. Luis Iyan made in the 76th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alberto Laffitte immediately put the ball in play. When ALAMBRE de PÚAS's Leonardo Peru in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Patricio Costa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fausto Bide came out and tried to block the shot, but Patricio Costa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 80th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Fausto Bide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Alberto Laffitte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Felipillo in the 95th minute of the match.
