Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Calcio Brigate Rossonere's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliot Norström came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 7th minute of play forced Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalkeeper Elliot Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elliot Norström. Elliot Norström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 14 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elliot Norström was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 23rd minute of play forced Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalkeeper Elliot Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elliot Norström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Elliot Norström. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elliot Norström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonny Vacker got free with Julio Vera in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Åke Hellström in the 40th minute. After taking down the ball on Calcio Brigate Rossonere's corner Åke Hellström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of play forced Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalkeeper Elliot Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Jonny Vacker tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sun Lightfoot to make the kick off. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sun Lightfoot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonny Vacker went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sun Lightfoot, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Manfred Näfver kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Elliot Norström was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Zorita. In the 63rd minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Roger Morat kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils-Emil Jespersson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 92nd minute of play forced Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalkeeper Elliot Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Calcio Brigate Rossonere fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
