Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Meriç Özsen started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 4th minute of play forced AKÇEŞMESPOR's goalkeeper Cláudio Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Meriç Özsen 8 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 11thth minute of the game Meriç Özsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meriç Özsen's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Meriç Özsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cláudio Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Friedrich Nietzsche got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-1. Cláudio Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 21st minute of the match. Cláudio Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes in the game Leo Salomon did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Deivid De Souza. Cláudio Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 31st minute of the match. Cláudio Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abram Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Cláudio Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of AKÇEŞMESPOR booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute of the match Berto Monta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Friedrich Nietzsche in the 47th minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by AKÇEŞMESPOR's Meriç Özsen. But to his dismay, Meriç Özsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th match minute, AKÇEŞMESPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitaliy Grischenko to maneuver through the defense. AKÇEŞMESPOR's Cláudio Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save AKÇEŞMESPOR from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Meriç Özsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Meriç Özsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cláudio Taffarel. Cláudio Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 67 minutes into the match, AKÇEŞMESPOR's goalkeeper Cláudio Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. After 69 minutes of play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Cláudio Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colombia! Colombia:s Pedro Manzanares showed great skill when he stopped Deivid De Souza:s penalty. In the 83rd minute, Daniel Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, AKÇEŞMESPOR's Cláudio Taffarel got control of the ball when Abram Secada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cláudio Taffarel made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Leo Salomon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deivid De Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Leo Salomon made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. 95 minutes into the match, AKÇEŞMESPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Mastache came free, but Cláudio Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Colombia booed when AKÇEŞMESPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Friedrich Nietzsche didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. AKÇEŞMESPOR's Cláudio Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save AKÇEŞMESPOR from getting a goal against them. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
