Antep Saint Germain's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarell Hill was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Antep Saint Germain fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Jamaica. Finlay Stair stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cláudio Taffarel. 0-4. Finlay Stair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romon Oliver struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Cláudio Taffarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter-Jan De Worteleere in the 51st minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Romon Oliver kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cláudio Taffarel. That made the score 0-5 in the 53 minute of play. If Karlus Waugh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antep Saint Germain's Kristof Verdonck managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Glover Woolhead in the 62 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a free kick in the 64th minute. Jarell Hill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cláudio Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Karlus Waugh came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karlus Waugh couldn't finish the play. Laurens Van Craen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Laurens Van Craen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Karlus Waugh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jamaica's supporters rose to their feet, but Karlus Waugh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cláudio Taffarel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cláudio Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Finlay Stair sent off a good shot on target. Cláudio Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karlus Waugh, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Matias Celis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the final whistle sounded Jamaica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Antep Saint Germain.
