Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Bruhn saved Ronnys Lärjungar from getting behind. Patrik Ahlrot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Skott in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Patrik Ahlrot who took care of the corner kick. After 16 minutes, Kjell-Arne Skott mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ronnys Lärjungar and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Ronnys Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell-Arne Skott didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Kjell-Arne Skott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Esbjörnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. After 23 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. 24 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ronnys Lärjungar's Kjell-Arne Skott fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ronnys Lärjungar's Kjell-Arne Skott in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play forced Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper Edvin Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Bruhn having to interfere. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edvin Bruhn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Orvar Glanselius's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orvar Glanselius helped the player get up and apologised. Orvar Glanselius kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Bruhn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Patrik Ahlrot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When Ronnys Lärjungar's Kjell-Arne Skott in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Skott in the 53rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Edvin Bruhn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Skott came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Ahlrot in the 66th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Bruhn was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Ronnys Lärjungar made a substitution. Kåre Mattsson replaced Zebastian Larsfält. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edvin Bruhn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Ronnys Lärjungar's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Bruhn came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bertil Harlén kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Ronnys Lärjungar's Edvin Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Sverker Björk made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ronnys Lärjungar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
