Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the game, King Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rogelio Hanni came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rogelio Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, King Batistuta made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 17th minute of the match, Oscar Cruz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Cotilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. King Batistuta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcos Cotilla firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcos Cotilla was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Burak Öz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Burak Öz really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Thanks to some nice moves Burak Öz could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Marcos Cotilla however easily saved by the left post. Oscar Cruz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Jacksonville 67's Burak Öz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After having played for 35 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when King Batistuta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Dylan Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacksonville 67's Sven Horring couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Panama. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 47th minute of play forced Jacksonville 67's goalkeeper Rogelio Hanni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sven Horring took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Cotilla. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 65th minute, Oscar Cruz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jacksonville 67 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Cruz in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cotilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burak Öz in the 78th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from King Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Panama booed when Jacksonville 67 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Pankiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Hanni. Jacksonville 67's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Berganza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Jacksonville 67's Oscar Cruz got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Oscar Cruz off the ground. After a rather tough play, Jacksonville 67's Oscar Cruz got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Jacksonville 67's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Rogelio Hanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panama's Abraham Alguacil was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rogelio Hanni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rogelio Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Öz came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacksonville 67 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
