With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Cezary Prusinowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute Leon Andrychowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Andrychowski went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Leon Andrychowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Andrychowski ran back to his position shaking his head.
