An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play forced CWKS Legia's goalkeeper Mariusz Mielak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita spun around in front of the goal 37 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of CWKS Legia's goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Parzysz in the 51st minute of the match. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Ludomir Barowicz got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-2. 52 minutes into the match. Mariusz Mielak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Saelices went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Mariusz Mielak made a huge save. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, CWKS Legia's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Mariusz Mielak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Mielak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 69th minute. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. With a little luck, CWKS Legia's Mariusz Mielak got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Parzysz in the 80th minute of play. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Juan Sebastián Puig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Mielak having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Cristian Sancho rounded CWKS Legia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-4. 96 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Czerwinski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
