Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Hanni Landa tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play forced Rawmarsh's goalkeeper Henrique Bada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Montenegro in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrique Bada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henrique Bada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Bada was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rawmarsh's Henrique Bada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Bada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After 33 minutes of play, Rawmarsh's Hanni Landa made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrique Bada saved Rawmarsh from getting behind. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hanni Landa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Marcin Cebula managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rawmarsh's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcin Cebula was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Hanni Landa came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hanni Landa to make the kick off. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Bada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rawmarsh's Hanni Landa in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Ralf Welch hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Rawmarsh's Curtis Folan was substituted for Benny Gysemans. Rawmarsh's Mark González was substituted for Marcin Cebula. After 73 played minutes Rawmarsh got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Welch. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Henrique Bada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rawmarsh's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrique Bada came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curtis Folan charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Curtis Folan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Rawmarsh got a freekick which was hit by Curtis Folan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Henrique Bada in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hanni Landa struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rawmarsh. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rawmarsh fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ecuador had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
