Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arne Hamnberg made the kick off which started today's match. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Karl-Michael Engström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åmselle BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 8th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Malmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 15th minute, Åmselle BF's Arne Hamnberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. 18 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Oskar Malmgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oskar Malmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Åmselle BF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Åmselle BF's Oskar Malmgren managed to reach the ball for a save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Hamnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Åmselle BF's Torbjörn Larsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 30 minute of the game. Åmselle BF's Leif Björling quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonardo Leoz, made in the 32nd minute of the game. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 35th minute of play forced Åmselle BF's goalkeeper Oskar Malmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Åmselle BF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Åmselle BF's Kasper Linquist got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oskar Malmgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Oskar Malmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 63rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Leoz to maneuver through the defense. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Oskar Malmgren in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Joel Gaona took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Oskar Malmgren to make any attempt to save it. 83 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Oskar Malmgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Åmselle BF's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Malmgren came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 93 minutes, Tory Nichols mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åmselle BF and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, Åmselle BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tory Nichols to maneuver through the defense. Oskar Malmgren made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
