The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jurgis Van Landschoot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Jurgis Van Landschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steffe Van De Wijngaert succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Circus BAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jouni Van Landschoot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebbe Smits in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Circus BAF's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurgis Van Landschoot came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Circus BAF defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurgis Van Landschoot. The Circus BAF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurgis Van Landschoot should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. A hard shot by Matteo Van Halbeeck from long distance, 45 minutes into the match, got Julio Vera's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 59 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Circus BAF's Jurgis Van Landschoot. Jurgis Van Landschoot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Jurgis Van Landschoot made a huge save. Circus BAF's Jurgis Van Landschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Jaunti Van Landschoot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Circus BAF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Circus BAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaunti Van Landschoot to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Circus BAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaunti Van Landschoot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Jurgis Van Landschoot skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Circus BAF's Boris Wiechgers got a free kick in the 78th minute. Boris Wiechgers kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jurgis Van Landschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Circus BAF throughout the match.
