Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Segundo Eliazar started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6th play minutes Tomas Berganza shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Haroldo Frances and just under the crossbar into goal. After 11 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haroldo Frances was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes in the game Dylan Sarmiento did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Miguel Miralles. Resistencia's Haroldo Frances played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 15th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haroldo Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 21st minute of play. Haroldo Frances came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Alex Cambeiro. But to his dismay, Alex Cambeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 29th minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Haroldo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 32nd minute of play. Tadeo Felo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 40th minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Haroldo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Resistencia defense, Tomas Berganza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haroldo Frances. The Resistencia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Frances should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Resistencia's Haroldo Frances. Haroldo Frances was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute, Tomas Berganza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Haroldo Frances. The goal made the score 0-8. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Tomas Berganza took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Haroldo Frances to make any attempt to save it. In the 65th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Miralles, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resistencia's goalie prevented a goal. Haroldo Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 71st minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Haroldo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Resistencia's Haroldo Frances played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, Resistencia's Haroldo Frances got control of the ball when Alex Cambeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipe Ros came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Haroldo Frances could save by the left post. Haroldo Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Tomas Berganza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Haroldo Frances. The goal made the score 0-10. Haroldo Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Panama left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Resistencia.
