Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arsenio Claus kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 3rd minute of play forced Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Boncho Vlúchkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Salmiyah Power's Brahim Kerkar got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boncho Vlúchkov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Boncho Vlúchkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Arsenio Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Salmiyah Power's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boncho Vlúchkov came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Claus came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Luca Zorita had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Cheb Haddou kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Boncho Vlúchkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Boncho Vlúchkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boncho Vlúchkov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 36th minute of play. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Salmiyah Power's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Salmiyah Power's goalie and right to Luca Rouco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Salmiyah Power's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boncho Vlúchkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boncho Vlúchkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 46th minute of play.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Boncho Vlúchkov in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Koperski in the 53rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Leonard Bărnuțiu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. Boncho Vlúchkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Kacper Koperski came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Salmiyah Power from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Lakhdar Guendouz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salmiyah Power made a substitution. Hamid Ahmed replaced Brahim Kerkar. In the 79th minute, Joel Gaona reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Boncho Vlúchkov. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 83rd minute, Kacper Koperski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 88th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Boncho Vlúchkov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Salmiyah Power's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Mexico's Alberto Tafalla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Kacper Koperski took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4.
