Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Claus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Lakhdar Guendouz put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. In the 33rd minute of the match Salmiyah Power got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonard Bărnuțiu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 36 minutes Salmiyah Power's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kacper Koperski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lakhdar Guendouz came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boncho Vlúchkov made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Jeremias Ganix kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Salmiyah Power made a substitution. Hamid Ahmed replaced Brahim Kerkar. Salmiyah Power's Noureddine Abdenouz was substituted for Leonard Bărnuțiu. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Boncho Vlúchkov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Claus's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Koperski in the 89th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Kacper Koperski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cheb Haddou who took care of the corner kick. Salmiyah Power's Kacper Koperski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A nice corner shot did that Cheb Haddou got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Koperski in the 94th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Salmiyah Power had won after a very even match.
