Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Arsenio Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Luca Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Boncho Vlúchkov. Salmiyah Power's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Lakhdar Guendouz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Lakhdar Guendouz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lakhdar Guendouz went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 25 minutes of play, Salmiyah Power's Kacper Koperski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Boncho Vlúchkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boncho Vlúchkov was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 33 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Boncho Vlúchkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Claus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Kacper Koperski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 3-3. Felix Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Leonard Bărnuțiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salmiyah Power's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonard Bărnuțiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Zorita to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Boncho Vlúchkov made a huge save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Koperski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boncho Vlúchkov having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Kacper Koperski came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 64th minute. Luca Rouco was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Salmiyah Power booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salmiyah Power made a substitution. Hamid Ahmed replaced Brahim Kerkar. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Karim Bahari was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salmiyah Power's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. 72 minutes into the game, one of Salmiyah Power:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 74 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boncho Vlúchkov. Salmiyah Power's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. 76 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Boncho Vlúchkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. The audience was convinced that Lakhdar Guendouz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Salmiyah Power from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boncho Vlúchkov. That made the score 3-5 in the 82 minute of play. Boncho Vlúchkov was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 3-6. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Claus in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boncho Vlúchkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Boncho Vlúchkov however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mexico had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
