GREEN FIGHTERS
Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, GREEN FIGHTERS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Murilo Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GREEN FIGHTERS's Branislav Lafchiyski got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Primitivo Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GREEN FIGHTERS's Murilo Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play. Daniel Zorita succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Murilo Melo. GREEN FIGHTERS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmelo Musko got free with Julio Vera in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branislav Lafchiyski in the 25th minute of play. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Murilo Melo came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Felix Montenegro's late challenge caught a GREEN FIGHTERS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Simo Golubarev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. GREEN FIGHTERS's Milcho Spasov was substituted for Branislav Lafchiyski. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Musko to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Murilo Melo made a huge save. Murilo Melo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Giejda came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-4 became the score in the 62nd minute when Daniel Zorita elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Murilo Melo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Andino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 65 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Murilo Melo in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Luis Andino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Murilo Melo. That made the score 0-6 in the 70 minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Murilo Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milcho Spasov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. GREEN FIGHTERS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Murilo Melo, making the score, 0-7. Murilo Melo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 91st minute. After 91 played minutes GREEN FIGHTERS got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Honrio. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Murilo Melo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Murilo Melo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 97th minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
