Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Robert Dubiel took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dubiel in the 8th minute of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfons Glad. Alfons Glad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alfons Glad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Leif Löfdahl sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Glad having to interfere. Alfons Glad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Segmon IF's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Alfons Glad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Montenegro scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfons Glad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37thth minute of the game Robert Dubiel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Glad having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Johannes Rosin during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Segmon IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Rosin to maneuver through the defense. Viktor Biörnberg's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viktor Biörnberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Segmon IF's Viktor Biörnberg got a free kick in the 45th minute. Alfons Glad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johannes Rosin kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Börje Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Segmon IF's goalkeeper Alfons Glad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Segmon IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfons Glad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Alfons Glad however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Dubiel in the 67th minute of play. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfons Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 80th minute of play. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Segmon IF from getting a goal against them. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Alfons Glad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Börje Beck kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Alfons Glad was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Zorita. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Segmon IF.
