Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dino Palmisano started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gani Pamirhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dino Palmisano was slow to take the kick. During this time A.S. Ian Fenomeni's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gandalf Stanković got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gandalf Stanković sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Cristiano Granata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Luis Andino got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 13 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Gani Pamirhan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gani Pamirhan in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute A.S. Ian Fenomeni were awarded a corner. Dino Palmisano went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Gandalf Stanković heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Gani Pamirhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of the match. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Rodrigue Léonard sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Ciro Palleschi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dino Palmisano shot from long distance in the 44th minute, but Julio Vera was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a rather tough play, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Gandalf Stanković got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Cristiano Granata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 54th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Granata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gani Pamirhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigue Léonard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigue Léonard in the 61st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes A.S. Ian Fenomeni got a freekick which was hit by Damiano De Santis. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Granata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 65 minutes A.S. Ian Fenomeni's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dino Palmisano's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Granata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Cristiano Granata got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecuador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A.S. Ian Fenomeni.
