Angelo Bertoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Bicicleta F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Lenzi came free, but Fausto Roderigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleuterio Sotil got free with Angelo Bertoni in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Eleuterio Sotil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bicicleta F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Angelo Bertoni stood somewhat misplaced when Edgardo Iruinea came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 46 minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santa Clausius made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Lenzi in the 52nd minute of play forced Bicicleta F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Roderigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute of the match, Bruno Lenzi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fausto Roderigo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th minute, Eleuterio Sotil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santa Clausius got free with Fausto Roderigo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bicicleta F.C. made a substitution. Cristobal Blasi replaced Teodoro Naldo. Angelo Bertoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Iruinea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bicicleta F.C.'s Edgardo Iruinea got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Roderigo came out and tried to block the shot, but Blaise Bergkamp slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 93rd minute. Bicicleta F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
