In the 4th minute, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Nicki Nick blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Manni having to make a save. ZigZag Athletic's Wictor Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Recife in the 8th minute of play. Rodrigo Nestor struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Arsenio Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZigZag Athletic. Wictor Dahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Alberto Moura in the 13th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arsenio Manni. That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. If Nicki Nick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ZigZag Athletic were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Laus Deo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hector Ares took the corner. Wictor Dahlquist had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Timur Belyaninov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Laus Deo's goal looked a bit too open when Nicki Nick came free, but Arsenio Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Laus Deo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Roman to maneuver through the defense. In the 38thth minute of the game Rodrigo Nestor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laus Deo's Arsenio Manni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ZigZag Athletic were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Laus Deo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hector Ares took the corner. After taking down the ball on ZigZag Athletic's corner Hector Ares fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arsenio Manni quite easily take care of the ball. Nicki Nick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Arsenio Manni made a huge save. Nicki Nick blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Manni having to make a save. In the 44th minute, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Alberto Moura was the one to do the kick off. If Peder Mellingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wictor Dahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kong Ping, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Kong Ping notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of ZigZag Athletic's Wictor Dahlquist. Wictor Dahlquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Alberto Moura in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wictor Dahlquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicki Nick might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arsenio Manni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicki Nick ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicki Nick in the 64th minute of play forced Laus Deo's goalkeeper Arsenio Manni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Alberto Moura got free with Wictor Dahlquist in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Laus Deo defense, Nicki Nick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arsenio Manni. The Laus Deo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arsenio Manni should have stopped the shot. After 80 minutes, Antonio Gora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laus Deo and the ZigZag Athletic players grew even worse after the yellow card. Antonio Gora hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Nicki Nick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Manni was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. ZigZag Athletic's Jesper Vollander was substituted for Nicki Nick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesper Vollander in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsenio Manni saved Laus Deo from getting behind. Arsenio Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Vollander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ZigZag Athletic were victorious despite being under pressure from Laus Deo for much of the match.
