Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dobromir Brudnicki in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Day, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vito Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Dagoberto Loureiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cassius Byrne went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Cöpacabana FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Talha İstanbul in the 74th minute. Harald Boman kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Harald Boman hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. A hard shot 80 in the game by Sam Campbell from a close distance when the talented Dagoberto Loureiro managed to make a qualified save. Cöpacabana FC's players were relieved. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Boman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Campbell in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dagoberto Loureiro saved Cöpacabana FC from getting behind.
