Sergio Mustafa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sergio Mustafa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Sergio Mustafa could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Pedro Manzanares however easily saved by the left post. In the 15th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Gentiletti to maneuver through the defense. Luis Cazalla made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Marcos Senesi. In the 20th minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Sergio Mustafa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Sergio Mustafa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. In the 29th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Alfredinho Gerber. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredinho Gerber. Alfredinho Gerber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 38th minute, Sergio Mustafa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 3-2. In the 41st minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Gerber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredinho Gerber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 47th minute of play forced C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Alfredinho Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Alfredinho Gerber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santino Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Alfredinho Gerber made a huge save. If Santino Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO made a substitution. Francisco Taveira replaced Xian J.J.. Abram Sarmiento's late challenge caught a C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abram Sarmiento helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Axel Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Taveira in the 75th minute of play. Alfredinho Gerber was a little too slow when Abram Secada got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Romano in the 80th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Romano came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Seb Gentiletti almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Francisco Taveira. But to his dismay, Francisco Taveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Alfredinho Gerber successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 95th minute, Ignacio Mastache left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
