Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Leiden Spor Kulubu's Hector Pello started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Leiden Spor Kulubu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Vrieze to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes, Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harry Mik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Harry Mik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10thth minute of the game Maximiliano Escribano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 14th minute of play. When Leiden Spor Kulubu's Freek Som in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. After 20 minutes, Freek Som mouthed his way into the referee's book. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Pello in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 37th minute of play forced Leiden Spor Kulubu's goalkeeper Harry Mik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Freek Som managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leiden Spor Kulubu's supporters rose to their feet, but Freek Som was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Harry Mik to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 61 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Harry Mik managed to make a qualified save. Leiden Spor Kulubu's players were relieved. 68 minutes into the match, Leiden Spor Kulubu's goalkeeper Harry Mik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Harry Mik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 74 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Joost de Zaaijer's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joost de Zaaijer helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Leiden Spor Kulubu getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Joost de Zaaijer hit a great ball. Camilo Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Pello in the 82nd minute of play. If Hector Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leiden Spor Kulubu's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
