Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Juchno in the 12th minute of play. With 14 minutes on the clock, Camilo Gaos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 14th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for FC Jelonki. Piotr Scigan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 2-0. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Jelonki the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Marios Kontos sent off a good shot on target. Jan Juchnos short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wiktor Gruchacz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piotr Scigan to make the kick off. Piotr Scigan struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Jelonki. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Jan Juchno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Juchno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kajetan Winograd, made in the 73rd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pawel Urbaniak during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pawel Urbaniak hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Jelonki's Pawel Urbaniak got a free kick in the 81st minute. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
